Electrical Inspection Condition Report (EICR)

We carry out electrical inspections and certifications on rental properties for landlords or agents and investigate electrical faults as well as undertake remedial works to make a property safe.

An electrical survey can expose possible power loss and risk of electrical fire particularly in older houses with inadequate wiring that do not meet current safety regulations.

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)

We carry out a full visual examination and test on appliances for commercial and residential landlords to make sure that Portable Electrical Appliances in their buildings are safe and suitable and used for the purposes intended.

Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC)

We can provide certification on any new electrical work that has been carried out on a property including switches, sockets, fuse board and any new or altered wiring circuits.

An EIC is now mandatory for home owners and landlords.

Periodic Inspection

We can provide Periodic inspection and testing on all electrical commercial or residential installations.  Electrical installations can deteriorate due to factors such as damage, wear, tear, corrosion, excessive electrical loading, ageing and environmental influences.

It is recommended that periodic inspection and testing is carried out at least every five years.
